Plate cutting

We have two laser cutting machines with sufficient capacity to cut a 25mm steel plate,  and one hydraulic shear centre for plates under 3mm in thickness. The cutting machines are in their own cell, so that the control of the material flow is smoother and the material storage is in the immediate vicinity of the machines.

In addition, each machine has its own material handling automation. Most of the material we use passes through these machines. We use modern production control and nesting systems that allow us to maintain a high utilization rate of the plates and to minimize wasted material.

Cutting long materials

We have four automatic bandsaws, two circular saws, and eccentric presses for cutting bars, rods, and pipes. The maximum length that we can handle is 6 metres. The largest opening for the band saws is 480x480mm, and for the circular saws Ø200mm.
